Colette Caspian

My name is Colette Caspian and I am a full-time real estate agent, specializing in residential sales as both a buyer and a seller agent. I have been a resident of the Phoenix Valley for over 30 years, giving me a familiarity of the Phoenix market that is a great benefit to those I work with. I have many years of sales experience, including 18 years as a real estate agent, and 3+ years of prior experience as a loan office in mortgage lending. Knowing what should be expected in a transaction from both the real estate and lending side has proven to be a great benefit to both my service to my clients as well as the ease of a transaction from start to finish. I believe in making the needs of my clients top priority to help them achieve their dream of home ownership.

On a personal note, I am a mother of two, a habilitation/respite provider for special needs children, lover of the ocean, and in my free time I enjoy traveling and being active in the outdoors. I put my all into everything I do, both personally and professionally, and I have a very blessed life!
