Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2011; REALTOR® since 2012. 20+ years experience encompassing nearly all aspects of commercial leasing, sales and property management, including management positions with Hess’s Department Stores (Westgate and Richland Malls), plus on-site operational and capital management of both South Mall and Palmer Park Malls (enclosed malls with power centers) under PREIT. Attended 42 hours of specialized education in property management in 2017 alone; annual continuing education to stay current with both commercial leasing, sales and property management in the State of Pennsylvania.
History began with decade of “rising through the ranks” with Hess’s department stores. Transitioned to advertising, marketing and public relations industry, becoming partner of an Allentown-based agency. Community volunteerism and non-profit Board service led to a long-term staff position as communications director of Lehigh Valley’s regional Girl Scout council, serving seven counties in eastern PA and western NJ. Private consulting for other non-profit organizations reverted to retail -- several years in the commercial real estate industry, simultaneously serving as property manager and marketing director of two enclosed malls in PREIT portfolio.
