Having been born and raised in Puyallup for all his 56 years, Colin has witnessed the huge changes that have taken place in the community. He has seen all the housing developments being constructed and knows the current building trends. He also knows almost every neighborhood intimately. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications, Social Studies, and English/Language Arts. Practically speaking, this means he has extensive education and training in advertising, public relations, writing, psychology, marketing, and economics. Colin creates the best ads, negotiates the best deals, and navigates the complexities of other salespeople, of both buyers and sellers, and of the real estate market.
