Colin was my representative in my recent purchase. I met him at an open house and was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the area, which was especially important since I was moving from out of state.
He was patient while waiting for my home to sell and when I was ready he met me right away at several houses. The first house I put in an offer for had some major issues we discovered and he guided me through that to avoid a negative outcome.
He then helped me navigate all of the new properties to find the best one for me. His communication with the seller’s agent was always to look out for me, he asked the right questions. We closed on a house and his staff got everything organized for me so well. They even sent me a total list of each of the utility companies which was so helpful. Could not have done it without him and his company. My closing took 15 minutes.

We had a great experience working with Colin selling our condo in the Navy Yard. Colin has exceptional market expertise and took the time to go through the selling process during our first meeting in order to answer our questions and address any concerns so we would know what to expect in the current market. He went into great detail breaking down the changes after the NAR settlement as well, so we would be prepared for when that went through and the areas we would need to be aware of. Colin has a great professional team who set up the staging (which was beautifully laid out, by the way), open house viewings, private viewings, and he was there every step of the way to explain the feedback from all of the viewings in relation to the market in case any adjustments needed to be considered.

Your house will be the place which you will call HOME, spend most of your time in and get to enjoy ones of the best moments of your life. Your real estate agent must be many things, but above all, honest, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Colin embodies all those qualities and much more. We met him by accident in 2017 and probably saw together many dozens of houses, made multiple offers in highly competitive seller's market until we found and closed on our dream home in 2021. Please, keep in mind that it takes time even for you, the buyer, to understand really well what you are looking for as each house is different.

Colin never pushed us, he was always available to work with us and answer questions, and by always, I mean ALWAYS - even on late nights and weekends. He continually provided us with great piece of advice and unbiased view of the pros and cons of each house we saw. Collin Gunderson is realtor with a lot of patience. He had a lot of patience showing me the houses I wanted to see. Specially during this hard times in the middle of the pandemia he made an effort to go and see the houses and do the video walks through the houses. We are very, very happy with our home. From personal experience, Colin put my house on market and it sold in 22 days (on market to closing was roughly 60 days). Very patient. We had a fantastic experience with Colin while buying a home. The home inspection turned up many issues and Colin had to negotiate corrective actions with the seller’s agent. We were so impressed with Colin’s integrity and professionalism, that when it was time to put our old house on the market, there was never a doubt that we would be using Colin. The house went on the market on a Wednesday, we had an offer for more than asking price on Friday night.
