Well...not much I can say except that you WILL NOT be disappointed if you use Colleen Eddy as your realtor! Upon meeting her, you will feel as though you've known her your whole life. She's down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, ambitious, resourceful and is always available when you need her. She has many connections and resources to help you get through your real estate adventure, and she makes it happen! I'm so pleased we found her through a recommendation of a friend/neighbor near our Florida home...who happens to be a realtor as well. She was in constant communication with him as we sold our home in Ipswich MA and bought our new home in Venice FL. Such a team!!! She truly goes above and beyond, I can't even say enough good things about her. We are so thankful!!!!

If you’re looking for a realtor that is honest, has your best interest at heart and has great hustle, then this is she! Colleen helped made my home buying process super easy. From the moment we started working together, she listened to my wants and needs and we went from there. She had great knowledge and insight on the real estate market. When I felt like giving up and halting my search, she kept me motivated. Even after I got into my new home, she continued to follow up. My fiancé and I fell in love with a beautiful house in Manchester, NH and we wanted to put an offer on it but we didn't have a realtor. We heard about Colleen through a friend and we contacted her telling her about our situation: we need to submit an offer ASAP.
