Colleen Frasco

As a San Francisco native and 29-year resident of Marin County, Colleen understands the importance of selecting not just a home, but a community as well. Her technical expertise, area knowledge, deep and varied experience, and high standards of performance ensure that her clients’ real estate goals are realized with the utmost skill and attention to detail.

Since 1993 Colleen has been affiliated with Marin County's largest locally owned brokerage and market leader, Frank Howard Allen Realtors. In 2013 Frank Howard Allen Realtors was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which now commands the largest market share in Marin County.
Colleen holds a Master’s Degree in Business from San Francisco State University and possesses an extensive marketing background. Prior to her real estate career, Colleen excelled in marketing and sales positions at Broderbund Software, M&M Mars and Pameco-Aire.

Over the past 25 years Colleen has purchased, renovated and managed several Bay Area properties which have provided her with a solid construction perspective on current and potential property values. This practical knowledge and experience coupled with her formal education make her an indispensable resource to clients.

Colleen presently resides in Greenbrae with her husband and is the mother of two high-energy girls. She continues to serve her community by volunteering her time to a wide range of Marin and San Francisco organizations and causes.
