I've been a proud resident of Gr. Cincinnati's Warren County area since 1985. Orig. licensed in 1987, I was a recognized achiever in Residential Resales/New Construction; I also advanced my skills set with 90+ credit hours of addl. college coursework in Finance, Appraisal and Construction. In 1991, I took a hiatus from work in order raise my children.
Happily, I returned to the profession in 2010 – Working with Coldwell Banker Realty's Central Office as both a "First-Choice" Listing Agent & as a dedicated Buyers’ Agent, I bring a wealth of experience, education and sharp negotiating skills to the table: I've advanced my skills set with 120+ hrs. of addl. college coursework in Real Estate Finance, Appraisal, Construction, & Investing. I've represented a multitude of clients - Sellers & Buyers of every stripe, as well as having represented a local custom builder (he retired back in the '90's) - plus I feel privileged to have been referred through multiple generations & to clients' neighbors, friends & coworkers. I'm certified as a Professional Property Stager & a Smart Homes Consultant. Over the past 14 years, I've averaged 25-36 closings per year, & my listings have averaged over 98% sales-price-to-list-price, always with a minimum avg. of days on the market. I've consistently been an award-winning Realtor with the Cincy Board of Realtors (RAGC), the Ohio Board of Realtors, and company-wide. I service chiefly the areas of Hamilton County, Warren County, Butler County & Clermont County. Yes, I work my tail off.
