Colleen Kelley

Hello there! My name is Colleen Kelley Black. Before starting my career in real estate, I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and spent 10 years working as an OB/NICU nurse. That experience shaped who I am today and taught me the importance of compassion, advocacy, attention to detail, strong communication, and staying calm while guiding people through important life moments—skills I still use when helping families navigate the real estate world.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dustin, and our two huge “fur-babies.”- Otto and Frankie. I love staying active outdoors through hiking, biking, swimming, and kayaking. I’m also a big foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants and discovering local breweries. When I’m at home, you’ll often find me tackling a new DIY project. Whether I’m helping clients find their perfect home or preparing one for sale, I bring the same care, dedication, and enthusiasm that I bring to everything I do.
