I work with a lot of realtors for my job, and Colleen is the best I have ever worked with. As a first time homebuyer moving from another state to a hot area, working with Colleen was the absolute best decision we made during our move.

Colleen knows the metro Detroit area very well, and she seems to know every realtor in the area, too. She was (and still is) an extremely fierce advocate for us, but she is also extremely caring and has the utmost integrity.

She spent a lot of time finding out our preferences and showing us a range of properties. She never once seemed even a slightly bit inconvenienced with our questions and requests (which were plentiful.) She was available and highly responsive at all times of the day. She made us feel like her only client even though I know she’s extremely busy.

When it came down to offers, inspections, and closing, she was an absolute master negotiator and only ever had our best interests in mind. She would not let us move forward in any transaction if it was not the best outcome for us. It never felt like she was just chasing commission, which I cannot say for many realtors out there. She brought the deal to the closing table even though some hurdles popped up. She was so good that even the seller’s realtor looked at me in the eye and said that we have a great realtor. Yes, we know :)

Even after closing, she still texts and make sure everything is going well and seeing if we need anything. You have a realtor and colleague for life when you work with Colleen. We will use her
for every transaction going forward and would recommend her to friends and family with no hesitation.

Colleen is an amazing agent. I worked with her for one of my buyers and her communication, work and help from the point of offer accepted to closing was awesome!! Always a happy voice and a smiling face, and most important, she helped her seller and our buyer to have an amazing experience throughout. Thank you for being a great partner to work with!!
