Steve is a complete Realtor. What he promised to do he did. He worked my mother and her husband to list, get comps, help with the necessary repairs required, went to their new residence at least three times for signatures. He didn't stretch the truth to get the listing or sale, he did it correctly, and professionally. Good job to him.

Who better to give anyone the right information pertaining to a home in Cypress Wood than Steve Smith? Not only did Steve take the time over 4 weeks to show me eleven houses during this HOT summer, but not one time did he display anything except an extremely positive attitude. No pushing just to obtain a sale. Steve wanted to make sure that the house I chose met our needs. If a showing was not what we needed: Steve still moved forward with other suggestions. Although it took me over 4 weeks to decide, Steve was a pleasure to deal with before and even after the sale. Almost like meeting a new friend. He made us feel very comfortable through every step.
