Collette is a United States Marine Corps veteran. She was honorably discharged in 1998 and started working in the banking industry. Her real estate passion began in 2001 while searching for the perfect vacant lot to build her custom home. She quickly realized that she found something that truly fit her robust personality. Collette was hired on as a real estate assistant with Real Estate Corporation of America. She spent two years learning the business before obtaining her Florida real estate license in 2003. Collette’s primary business was vacant land and residential sales for over ten years.
In 2015 Collette moved to Colorado Springs to accept a position as a property manager with a small brokerage. During that time Collette managed over 260 doors, sold 24 homes, and became a Military Relocation Professional. Since her move to Colorado Springs, her main focus has been property management. She markets rentals, screens applicants, collects rent, handles maintenance and repair issues, responds to tenant complaints, conducts property evaluations, and even pursues evictions if necessary. Collette and her team have a network of contractors and investors that helps business to business growth.
Collette enjoys a healthy lifestyle by training Jiu-Jitsu, lifting weights, eating healthy, and hiking with her two teenage children. She’s a diehard football fan… Go Broncos and FL Gators!!!!
