Sharon and Colton proved their teamwork by helping us to purchase a home recently. Their decisive action and rapid response to our requests made us feel like we were in the driver's seat, but had someone in our corner, looking out for our best interests. Used the Mork Group twice now to buy and sell my homes, thanks to them it was quick and painless. I had to put barely any effort in for my house to sell fast and above asking price. Outstanding duo to work with. Truly have your best interest at heart and really work hard to find the best house available with your must haves and budget. We recently moved to Portland, and Sharon was the realtor who helped us find our new home. She was wonderfully helpful in all stages of the home purchase process. Starting with seeing homes and helping us understand the pros and cons of each, to negotiating a purchase in a sellers' market with multiple competing offers, and finally guiding us through the inspection and follow-up. She proactively handled all the challenges; the overall experience was downright relaxing, knowing we had Sharon on our team. We couldn't be happier with our new house, and Sharon made that possible (and downright easy!).
