Colton is really great to work with! We were searching for the our first home and he learned what we were looking for quickly and was very flexible and fast in scheduling viewings for us. He is very responsive and professional and has a wealth of knowledge. He shared his insight, opinions and own experience with us to help give us perspective as first time home buyers. We were pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and honest he was when we asked for his take on houses we were seeing. It was incredibly valuable.

Colton was great! We tried listing our house by owner and weren’t able to get much action. When we linked up with Colton, he was able to get us in the proper price range & we got some solid offers the first weekend on the market. We ended up closing a nice bit above asking price. Colton didn’t cut corners like I’ve seen with some agents. The professional pictures he got us set us apart from other listings where the agents had clearly taken their own (not so great) pictures. We’d definitely recommend Colton to anyone looking to sell their home.

My situation was complicated my loan amount was low for this Valley and he still pulled it off. And I probably about drove him nuts during the process. Colton started out by taking me on a tour of Wenatchee neighborhoods and telling me all about the region. It’s clear he knows the area and the market, and could tell me about the various builders, build quality, likely negotiating points, etc. He was very responsive (no waiting around for answers!) and worked magic when it came to getting fast showings. Ultimately we decided to buy a home in a different state, but if I could have taken him along as my agent, I would have. I’d highly recommend him!
