Connie understands owning Outer Banks investment property is about lifestyle. She began her more than 20-year-long career in real estate with BD&A where she specialized in exclusive luxury communities.

Now as co-owner and broker-in-charge at Island Crest, Connie continues to use her native knowledge to strengthen relationships with builders, property management firms, vendors, bankers, appraisers and attorneys. These deep-rooted relationships empower Connie to be powerful advocate for her clients.

Connie has designed, built and decorated 17 luxury homes for personal investment. This experience makes her uniquely aware of each step of the journey for building, buying and selling homes and investment properties.
