Connie Kondrat has been selling real estate for over the past 20 years. It is not just a career it is her passion. Connie enjoys the process of helping buyers and sellers reach their goals with the biggest purchase of their life. She has received several awards through the years, but most of all she enjoys seeing how happy clients are.

Connie received her real estate license from the University of Cincinnati and continues her education so that she can be on top of all the new laws involved in selling real estate. She specializes in relocation, residential, luxury homes, commercial, and investment properties. Connie is known for her easygoing, friendly attitude, cooperative spirit, and good humor. But when clients’ interests are at stake, her intense loyalty, tenacity, negotiating skills, and "out of the box" problem-solving abilities come to the forefront.

Home sellers and buyers have their money on the line, and Connie does not take that lightly. She makes sure clients have all the pertinent facts: that they understand the legalities contained in their contracts and disclosures: and that they know their options. She always points out both the positive and negative in a potential decision.
