Any realtor can sell you a house, but Connor isn’t just any realtor, he’s also a connector so you get much more than just a realtor. Not only did he find me a great deal, we went ahead and did it 5 more times together in arguably the worst market in history to be a buyer’s agent. He will go to bat for you, has extensive knowledge and connections in the areas he operates in and will do what it takes to get the job done every single time. 1st time home-buyer? Connor Banning. Investor? Connor Banning. Downsizing? Connor Banning. I’ve seen enough to know I’ll rely on Connor for my real estate needs for the entirety of my investing career, I think you should consider it as well

Connor helped me and my wife sell our former home and coordinated preparing the property for presentation to potential buyers and by hiring professional staff needed leading up to closing. We highly recommend Connor. What makes Connor a great realtor is that he's a great communicator, action oriented, and wants to help all of his clients get the best results. 100% would do the application/rental process over again with Connor Banning. He was available on the phone nearly 24/7 with all the questions we had from initially seeing our place, to moving in, and even weeks down the road. The apartment itself was renovated by him and his company and everything really is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
