As an Estate Solutions Advisor, I specialize in guiding families through the often-overwhelming process of dealing with the physical personal property and real estate left behind in an estate or after a move.
I coordinate online estate sale auctions, home clear-outs, pre-listing deep cleans, and home sales — tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. My goal is to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I primarily work with Executors, Administrators, and Trustees — typically family members or close friends of a loved one who has passed. With the many responsibilities life brings, such as work, family, health, or living out of town, this process can quickly become overwhelming. That’s where our team and I come in, offering support every step of the way.
We are the only local service providing a complete, one-stop solution for dealing with everything left behind in an estate — online estate sale auctions, donations, responsible disposal of remaining items, and home sales. We handle each step with efficiency, care, and respect.
In addition to my role as an Estate Solutions Advisor, I am a licensed real estate agent with Howard Hanna Brighton Office. My real estate experience, combined with the resources of Howard Hanna, allows me to help estates maximize the value of their homes.
Caring Transitions of Rochester also specializes in senior relocation, helping seniors downsize and transition to smaller homes, apartments, or senior living communities. Our team provides compassionate and efficient service during these transitions. I also collaborate with Powers of Attorney or directly with seniors in these circumstances to assist with estate services.
