Cooper, is great to work with. He is attentive, thorough and informative. On point with each stage of the process, especially as a first time home owner.

He made the process as seamless as possible. He helped immensely to quickly hook up with an electrician to accommodate light fixtures, soon after closing.

Would work with him again or recommend others I know to him.

Working with Cooper was wonderful! We had to move from out of state, and Cooper helped us find the perfect home that checked all our boxes (while we were on a time crunch!) He gave us lots of insight into the areas that would fit our needs.

While we were able to browse several homes in person, Cooper was also able to visit homes on our list and sent us video tours of each. This helped alleviate so much stress for us. We truly appreciate Cooper’s communication and professionalism. We couldn’t have gone through this house hunting journey without him!
