When people ask, "Why do you like being a realtor?", Coreen tells them it is because she has a passion for helping people find a place where they can start the next chapter of their adventure. Whether she is helping someone buy or sell a home, condominium, investment property, or vacant land, every transaction is unique, and she takes the same level of care and attention for each. Coreen provides value to her clients by being a good listener, advocating for their needs, negotiating tirelessly, and working hard to ensure the best outcome is attained every time. Coreen is meticulous and helps her clients through every step of the process to make sure nothing is missed, and the transaction goes smoothly. Real estate has always been a part of her life. Growing up, her parents invested in and remodeled numerous properties, and she relished the chance to be involved. Coreen loved watching her dad solve problems and figure the best way to make a property work to meet their needs. Coreen shares his eye for detail, love of remodeling, and enthusiasm for the promise each home holds. Coreen understands the importance of being represented by a trusted real estate professional, as she, too, has been a customer on both sides of the transaction. Her husband and she began their journey of investing in properties early in their marriage. They have a knack for buying fixer uppers and turning them into successful rental properties. So much so, they took their combined skills and began a custom home/remodel construction company after he retired from flying for the Navy. Coreen thoroughly enjoys participating in every step of the building process, from foundation to finish work. The skills and knowledge she has acquired over the years marry beautifully with her love of helping her clients buy and sell real estate. Whidbey Island has been her home for 20 years cumulatively. like so many, she is a transplant courtesy of the U.S. Navy. She understands what it means to be a military spouse and is fortunate to have planted roots here and create close ties and connections with this wonderful community.
