Corey Shields

I’m a real estate broker and investor based in Northwest Georgia. I’m the broker of El Gato Agency and the owner of Casa Del Gato, my investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, and selling residential property in the Dalton area.

Over the past decade I’ve worked in real estate both as an agent and as a principal in my own projects. Because I’m actively buying and improving property myself, I approach every deal from a practical standpoint—focused on valuation, negotiation, and the realities of construction and resale.

I take on a limited number of clients and projects so I can stay directly involved in each transaction and provide straightforward guidance throughout the process.
