Corleen O'Malley

In May 2011, Pfefferle Management expanded their management operations
by adding Corleen O’Malley as their senior manager of the central and northern
Wisconsin area. A seasoned veteran with more than 35 years of commercial real
estate management, construction management, leasing and sales experience, Ms.
O’Malley enhances the Pfefferle Management team and the NAI Pfefferle team of
professionals. Prior to returning to her home town of Wausau 24 years ago, she
benefited from the many real estate opportunities available in the Chicago market.
She is an innovative leader who can structure and manage revenue streams and
expenses to maximize the bottom line while creating the best path of fiscal success.
Ms. O’Malley enjoys the versatility of managing and leasing commercial real
estate. She has demonstrated accomplishments in performing the many different
responsibilities a property manager and real estate advisor is required to be
knowledgeable and skilled at. Some of her favorite tasks include reviewing legal
documents, negotiating leases and contracts, managing construction projects,
financial analysis, customer service, preventive maintenance planning, budgeting and
site inspections.
Managing operations and construction projects by addressing the goals of owners,
optimizing income streams, reducing expenses while maintaining high standards of
quality are all important focus points for both Ms. O’Malley and Pfefferle Management.
