About Cory

Cory is a lifelong resident of Fayette County. After graduating from Laurel Highlands high school in 2012, he went on to study finance at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Shortly after Cory finished his bachelor’s degree in May of 2016 and he began to pursue his Real Estate license. For personal reasons, Cory has been active with the American Heart Association, raising tens of thousands for the cause!

Real Estate is something that Cory has been interested in his whole life. His interest comes from growing up helping his dad, Scott Cavinee Broker at SWC Properties, with rental properties, flips, vacation rentals. Cory was inspired by watching what his dad did for a living. After years of consideration, Cory finally took the dive and officially obtained his license on October 9th, 2016. I’ve heard through the years; a seller’s biggest complaint is their realtor does not stay in contact. I pledge to keep my sellers informed of any activity weekly.
