Wow… where do I begin? So the internet connected Corey and I. Being a former Real Estate Salesperson I know I wasn’t easy to work with. But let mw tell you about Corey’s very humbling, attentive, experienced, patient, character and demeanor. He understands his assignment and he does everything in a professional manner from beginning to end for his client. Your nerves and anxiety are his… you won’t be alone. Cory the closer! I met Cory at a showing a year ago in which I saw first hand some of the deceptive practices of the housing market. Cory was well informed and voiced his knowledge openly on the subject. I was intrigued by his passion and obtained his business card. Months went past and Cory and I came in contact again when he sealed the deal for a mutual friend. Months later, I was interested in another investment property and when my business partner identified a possibility, Cory showed the property, and sent in an offer the same day. 30 days later, we closed. During a sellers market, viewing and acquiring property requires expediency and knowledgeable information. Cory exemplifies those critical traits which is why I am yet again a happy property owner. 😀
