Cory moved to Southern Shores and the Outer Banks in the fall of 2000 with his wife and two sons, and they have not regretted a moment since then.

Cory grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and vacationed with his family in the Outer Banks since the late 1960’s. Having spent most of his life at the beach, he is extremely familiar with the “Beach Environment,” both as a residential and a resort lifestyle. With his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and years of analyzing financial statements and annual budgets, Cory’s knowledge and understanding of the local market qualifies him to help you realize the dream of a lifetime.
