Born in La Jolla, raised in Leucadia and Solana Beach, Craig is a true local expert on North County coastal real estate! He has always had a passion for the Ocean and global travel. The youngest of three, his negotiation skills developed at an early age persuading his sisters for rides to the beach so he could pursue his passion for surfing. His folks never left North County and currently reside in Solana Beach. After graduating from San Dieguito High School class of 86’, Craig went on to study Communications at the University of Utah (Go Utes). For over twenty years he participated in print marketing focusing on the action sports industry developing an attention to detail and aesthetics.
In 2015, Craig became licensed as a California realtor. During this time, he worked alongside a top producing San Diego broker for several years receiving numerous accolades in both production and volume sales. Craig always focuses on a very personalized and valued added approach to serve the individualized needs of his clients. Whether a buyer’s tailor-made needs must be met or a seller's need for price and market time, Craig meets and exceeds expectations. Having resided in North San Diego County for five decades, his extensive knowledge of the area hits home for him as a real estate agent. In his free time, you can find him cheering for his kid’s playing rugby, traveling (to rugby tournaments) and completing honey do projects.
