About Craig

Nobody knows the Corridor’s residential and commercial construction scene like Craig. Throughout his career, Craig has worked in all aspects of the industry—first as a GPS Technician for PCI, where he worked on projects such as Hancher Auditorium, and later, as a land surveyor and CAD (computer aided drafting) Technician for a civil engineering firm. In recent years, Craig has immersed himself in residential construction as the owner and operator of RK Development, a local homebuilding company.

As a member of the Urban Acres commercial team, Craig uses his knowledge of zoning, building codes, and development processes to work with clients and city officials on land transactions and development, as well as commercial leasing and building sales. If you need someone who speaks the language of the commercial and construction trades, Craig is your guy!

Outside of work, Craig loves to golf and spend time with his wife, Chelsey, and their daughter, Peyton.
