About Craig

Craig Kuepker brings a perspective to commercial real estate that few brokers can match: he doesn't just list and sell property, he understands what it takes to build on it.
Craig began his career in commercial real estate, spending his early years working directly under a seasoned commercial professional and handling investment, development, and user-representation transactions across the Iowa City corridor. That foundation shaped how he approaches every deal: through the lens of what a property can actually become and what it truly costs to get there.
His background runs deeper than brokerage. With a foundation in civil engineering and surveying, Craig reads a parcel the way a developer does, evaluating buildable area, lot yield, utility access, grading, and site-work costs before anyone breaks ground. He founded RK Development Group in 2017 and has since built more than 20 custom homes across North Liberty, Coralville, Tiffin, and Solon. Through his site-work and excavation company, Topline, he has personally managed grading, drainage, and development-readiness work across the corridor. When Craig tells a client what a development site will cost to deliver, it comes from real numbers and real experience, not guesswork.
