What makes me different is simple: I'm also a builder. I own RK Development Group, a custom home company, and I operate site work crews handling excavation, grading, and drainage across the corridor. So when we walk a property together, I'm not just reading the listing sheet — I'm reading the foundation, the roof, the grading, and what it would actually cost to make the place yours.
On the commercial side, I specialize in helping new and growing businesses find the right space to lease or purchase — retail storefronts, offices, shops, and flex space.
