Craig Melton

Craig has over 20 years experience in Commercial Real Estate in the I-85 Corridor of Georgia and Alabama. He holds a brokers license in the States of Alabama and Georgia. Prior to opening Comprehensive Commercial he worked for a development company in LaGrange, GA. Craig can bring a comprehensive perspective to any transaction having been an owner/operator of a commercial small business, a tenant, a landlord, and an investor in commercial properties. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a masters in forest resources.

Craig has worked closely with developers of all types of commercial properties and assisted them in the site selection and pre-development process. He represents Owners and Investors who need professional representation as they purchase, sell, or lease their property.
