R. Craig Wise, the founder and President/CEO of Allwest Properties, carries over twenty five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over a career of extensive experience, Craig offers an array of real estate services to Allwest Properties: including investment sales, commercial leasing, property management, commercial real estate valuation, and consulting services.

Craig has been a California licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998; a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1990, as well as a member of good standing with the Orange County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Craig spends his spare time with his family, enjoying outdoor activities, developing and building homes in Baja California and donates to local charities such as Habitat for Humanity – Orange County, Alzheimer’s – Orange County and Girls Scouts of Orange County.
