Craig Yarboro has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer each year in the real estate business, making each of his clients feel he or she is his only client. One factor of his success is his knowledge of the Wilmington area, as he has lived here his entire life.
Craig is a 1974 graduate of John T Hoggard High School and a 1978 graduate of Gardner Webb University. He traveled extensively in his previous career with a Premium Incentive Company from 1978-1994. His succession of job titles, at the company, included photography, Purchasing, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive V.P. He then owned and operated a local restaurant until he became a professional in the real estate business, where he happily remains today.
Craig’s interests vary widely. He is active in his church, which plays a significant role in his life. He is married and has three children; one attending Cape Fear Community College, graduating in Spring of 2017, and transferring to pursue an engineer degree; one in Davis College pursuing his education in the Ministry; and one working in Durham with Fidelity Financial, as a Financial Retirement Consultant. He is a bona-fide animal lover and has opened his home to a dog through Boxer Rescue, as well as two cats, a cockatiel, and a parrot.
Craig’s business forte includes experience working with first-time buyers, investors, and retirees. He is certified through Cartus Network Relocation.
In his spare time, aside from varied church commitments, Craig also volunteers for Hospice and Easter Seals UCP. He loves to cook and entertain, at his home. His friends and family members describe him as a fun and outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people and setting them up with the homes of their dreams.
