I was referred to Erika Staggs by a friend. Within moments of his introducing us through text, she responded to me. She listened to exactly what I wanted and rapidly set up viewings for only things that 100% fit my criteria. She understood that I was looking for a new place to start my life over after a 30 year marriage ended. She didn't upsell, or waste even a moment of my time seeing things that wouldn't work. She helped me set a budget, and held my hand through every step of a process that was emotional and stressful for me. Cristina and her team were amazing, I cannot say enough positive things. Her and her team took all the worry out of selling a home. If anything came up, they swooped in and handled it. Our only role was to approve their choices. They delivered on everything they said they would do from getting the house ready to show as well as staging. Within days they had professionals taking pictures, drone footage and a videographer. Their way of marketing was modern and got the attention of buyers, they even went door to door in our neighborhood to alert the neighbors of every open house. A͏ top notch experience! We highly recommend Erika and Bryan Staggs.
We were looking for a lot to build our new home in Evergreen and were paired up with Erika via a Zillow referral. Even though a lot is not a big earner for a real estate agent, Erika treated us and the whole transaction as if we were buying a multi-million dollar home. She drove us around to various lots in the pouring rain until we ended up at a lot we had in mind previously. When we found there was already offer on the property she advised us on the appropriate counter offer and through her real estate network was able to convey are offer very quickly. She truly helped us obtain the property of our dreams while not overpaying. We would not have been able to do this without her expertise and real estate connections. Once we were under contract she continued to provide assistance above and beyond our expectations. There were several due diligence issues that she helped us with as well as returning phone calls and emails within a very short period of time. As a previous FSBO advocate, I will attest that we would not have been able to achieve our goal without Erika and Bryan.
