I have worked with Tina for several years now. When I became a first time buyer, then decided to sell and purchase my second home and then selling that one to move onto the next home. Tina has been part of each of the transactions. She will give you honest feedback and recommendations that will help with the sale and purchase of your home. She will go out of her way to help you and she always does little things to show she appreciates not only your business but the relationship we have established over the years. I've worked with Tina several times throughout the years, and she has been nothing short of a true professional. She helped me find my first place to live in the DC area ten years ago, and later in helping me an investment property. More recently she helped find our "long term" home. She has always been patient, and taken every curve ball I had to throw at her in stride. She's very personable, and will do her best to help finds what works for you. Highly Recommended!

Finding a great realtor, can be challenging, especially when there’s a growing abundance of realtors. Luckily for me, I fell into the right hands. Tina Grohowski, is a special one of a kind real estate agent. She showed consistency, passion, and investment in my needs. Not only did she made sure that she presented the houses that met my descriptions of choices, but that also met my budget. As a mother of 6 kids and a full-time stressful job, keeping up with inspection deadlines during the home buying process can be stressful. But, Tina helped with reminders and even scheduling to ensure that this process went smoothly. As a result, the load of stress in the home buying process was diminished; and may I add that she is awesome negotiator! Tina was amazing! Very helpful with the process. Really looks out for your best interest. Started working with her the end of August 2016 and bought our first home by November 2016. The amount of time and effort she put to teach us the process of buying a new home was very helpful and made things go very smoothly. You just have to let her know what you are looking for and she takes care of the rest. We planned on working with Tina again after our first transaction. We contacted her in advance and she helped with updating our home before our sale, she staged it and it sold quickly. We then purchased another home in Frederick County.

Tina Grohowski is an amazing real estate agent. She helped us sell our house in 2016/2017, and when we were ready to buy a new house, she was our go-to person. She is professional, punctual, and persistent. She is up to date on the latest information regarding home purchases, and has a vast amount of experience and knowledge about home buying throughout Maryland. Whenever asked a question she did not have an answer for, Tina was quick to research and provide information or suggestions for answers. When it came down to the nitty-gritty of negotiations, it was obvious that Tina knows her field. She listened to our requests and suggestions, and provided us with her professional opinion. Ultimately, the final decisions were ours, but we felt confident with her advice. Tina also has a great "house-side" (get it, bed-side for doctors! Ha-ha) manner. There was a house we REALLY wanted, but the deal fell through and we lost the house. Without skipping a beat, Tina said, "I know it feels bad (I was seriously crying over the loss), but it just wasn't meant to be. It will go through with the house that's meant for you." As sappy as that sounds, it feels sooooo good to say that I am typing this review in MY gorgeous kitchen, in the house totally meant for MY family! Thank you Tina for making it happen! :) 2021 update on this review: Just wanted to say that Tina goes the extra mile. Over the past 4 years, whenever we had a real estate, or house issue question, we contacted Tina. She never let us think we were annoying her. She either answered our question or pointed us in the right direction to find the answer. I’d have to say that she’s a friendly real estate agent who has also become our friend!
