Crystal Allen is a licensed Realtor® with extensive experience helping families navigate homeownership throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Over the course of her career in mortgage lending and real estate, she has helped more than 200 families purchase and sell homes, giving her a unique perspective on both the financing and real estate sides of a transaction.

Crystal began her career in financial services in 2009 with Bank of America. By 2012, she had advanced into a role working directly with the Office of the President at Bank of America Home Loans, where she gained valuable experience in mortgage lending, loan servicing, and complex homeowner situations.

After spending years helping consumers finance their homes, Crystal expanded her expertise into real estate and became a full-time Realtor® six years ago. Her mortgage background allows her to look beyond the sale itself and help clients understand the financing, affordability, equity, and long-term financial implications behind their real estate decisions.

WOOOOW!!! When I say we had the BEST realtor EVEEERRR!!!! From her knowledge, her consistency and her passion. We did not know if we could do this whole bye a house thing. We had realtors who gave us information that was really wierd and contradicting. We were moving in the NOVA area and we thought it would be better to rent a house. I believe I seen Crystal on a social media platform and I asked her how she was doing and told her we were moving. She asked us were and why were ever going to rent. She expressed the importance of being home buyers and not renting all of our lives. We did not want to go through this process but with her expertise and professionalism, we went for it. Not even 3 1/2 weeks later we closed on our house. Crystal went to go see at least 20 homes with me and the homes we were viewing were about 1 hour and 45 mins away. Every day until we found a house she drove down to the NOVA area from Richmond and was 7 months pregnant. I remember putting a contract on a house and not liking it after getting it inspected, Crystal just said ok let’s keep moving. She did not complain 1 time. We loved how honest she was and how much she went through every lender and seller and relator to fight for us. She updated us daily more than 2 times a day with updates and messages. We did not have to call her for anything because she stayed on us. She knew what she was talking about and everything she told us was true and every outcome she said we would have during this process we had. She dealt with inspectors and contractors she did the whole thing. I have asked Crystal 500 questions throughout this process and she has been nothing but patient. She answered everything until I understood it. This young lady did not complain not 1 time. If she did i would never know. She had to work with me in Richmond and get the information from my husband while he worked in the NOVA area and had nothing but smiles doing so. We love Crystal and she has turned into not only a realtor but a friend. You will not regret working with this jewel. It’s not about money for her, she is passionate just to help and see dreams come true.

I could write a book about this woman! Crystal was absolutely amazing! She kept me and my husband up to date on everything! She answered my calls! She worked with my landlord to help us buy our home and saved us money on insurance and fees. I highly Recommend Crystal for your Home needs you will not be disappointed.
