She also volunteers within the agriculture community and recently served as the state President of the Alabama Cattle Woman's Association. She completed the Leadership Randolph County Program in 2010.

Crystal was featured as the Realtor in an episode of HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt in 2017. Crystal has one son who graduated recently with a degree in engineering from Jacksonville University and is currently the owner and operator of All Terrain Land Services.
