Rachel’s attention to detail, and timely followup was the best that I have experienced. I have bought and sold many homes previously and have never had an agent as responsive as Rachel. We recently used Coleman Real Estate on the purchase of our first home. We were nervous and excited at the same time as this was a new experience for us. I met Rachel in the office with her broker and we were walked through the entire process from start to finish. Never once did we feel rushed to find a home and once we did they held our hands through the entire purchase. Bill was absolutely amazing to work with. I am a single mom that had very difficult loan involving a grant as a first time home buyer. He was very knowledgeable with the grant I was using and even helped out with an issue I was having with my home inspector and caught something he missed. He went above and beyond his job description to help me out in making the whole process a smooth transaction. Any questions or issues I had with my purchase he would respond via phone call immediately which is refreshing in today’s fast paced world. Bill is a master at his profession and I would highly recommend him to anyone as he is such an honest and genuine realtor that actually cares about you as a person and makes you feel like you are not just another client. After the recent passing of our Mom, I contacted Crystal Coleman to handle the sale of our family house of 60 years. Right from the start we were all extremely impressed with Crystal’s friendly personality, in-depth knowledge, professionalism, and the genuine compassion she displayed knowing it was a tough decision for us to decide to sell this house. Throughout the process she guided us step-by-step on what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. When it was, her team member Gabrielle did a great job capturing the beauty of the house in the listing photos. Crystal stayed in constant contact from beginning to end, and would always immediately reply to any of my calls, texts or emails. Our family house sold in less than two days and for far above the asking price. My very large family and I will definitely be using Crystal Coleman and her Team again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house. It was a pleasure working with Jacklyn. I wasn't quite sure whether I wanted to sell my home but homes around me were selling very quick with multiple offers. I met with Jacklyn and explained my reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. Jacklyn had my home sold before it even listed, within 2 weeks.

I normally don’t write reviews, but for Matt I had to. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and Matt Wendt was our realtor. I cannot say enough good words about him. He was extremely flexible with my boyfriend and my crazy schedules, he answered my way too many questions, and kept us calm throughout the whole process. Thanks to his experience and him putting our offer in quickly, we got the house of our dreams!! He was never pushy or made us feel rushed when we looked through a home. We closed during the corna virus and quarantine months and Matt was always up to knowledge about the rules and what we were/weren’t allowed to do. Can't say enough about Matt and Stan at Coleman Real Estate and how they go the extra mile for their clients. Any questions I have ever had about real estate, the market and home buying in general was answered honestly and they replied very quickly. The people they work with, lawyers and brokers, have your best interests in mind as well. This company actually makes the home buying experience enjoyable when it could be stressful for many.

Not sure how someone could have given them a 1 star review but my guess is buyers remorse? There is no doubt they have tried to remedy any issues that have developed even after the sale. Feel confident in using Coleman Real Estate for your home buy and selling needs!

Since last fall I've attended numerous open houses and have been disappointed by both the lack of information many brokers have about their properties and their lack of interest in following up. About 3 months ago I went to an open house that Matt Wendt (Coleman RE) was working. He did a superb job of showing the house and was able to answer every question I posed. The contrast between he and his colleagues from other RE groups was dramatic - he is now my buyer's broker.

Matt has a high energy level, is always accessible, and acts quickly. He researches properties before scheduling a tour and learns details that are not readily available from other sources. If I like a property except for one or two features, he will either offer to get modification estimates or recommend contractors who I can contact. He will candidly provide his thoughts about whether a property is a good fit for my needs and wants and has never tried to oversell a property to expedite or fatten his commission. If I pull the trigger he can get a contract to a seller's agent within a few hours. Matt is the ultimate professional and although I've been outbid once since my search began, I'm confident that WE will find my perfect house.

Matt helped us both buy and sell our home about 5 months ago. We listed our first home on a Thursday and accepted an offer that Sunday. Multiple offers above asking! Matt went out of his way to help me find a contractor for some last minute work and even showed up to the house when I couldn’t. On the BUY side, we got our new home for $40k under asking. The coleman group is an excellent group of real estate pros to deal with when buying a home. The people at the office were fast to respond took care of all of my concerns and really helped me stick to my budget. They had very reputable contractors checking out inspection concerns and really made me feel like one of their family. The coleman group will have my refferral for ALL of my friends and family!
The best and most convenient part is that there located in a prime office space with real estate attorneys close buy and even title companies i actually met the people on the other side of the phone/email!!!!
