Originally from Wiesbaden, Germany, Jake immigrated and moved to Palm Springs CA in 1999 after
graduating from Business School with a degree as Merchant of Land and Housing from one of the
Largest Commercial Builders in Germany. The knowledge he gained in this position coupled with his
great desire to help Buyers and Seller to accomplish their Real Estate related dreams, he started
successfully to work solely in Residential Real Estate in Palm Springs and surrounding areas ( Rancho
Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta) in 1999, With a combined 36 plus years of experience in purchasing
and selling Real Estate, he is often described by past clients as “very detail oriented“ using his skills in
negotiations as well as effectively educating home buyers and sellers regarding the Real Estate
transaction process.
