I've never worked with a more thorough realtor. Cullum really did his homework and covered all the bases. We purchased a parcel of a large farm that had been subdivided. Cullum provided information regarding cost and requirements to run water and electric to the property. He arranged for the survey and septic perk (all prior to closing). When we closed were were fully aware of the what was ahead. I talked to several of my new neighbors and none of them had a realtor that did any of the due diligence Cullum did. All realtors are not the same and I'll never use another realtor.

We are so pleased with our experience buying a home with Cullum that it is tough to summarize into one review. His genuine, honest and determined approach shines through even in the current difficult housing market. There were instances where other agents would have been pushy, but he always had OUR best interest in mind, even when it may not immediately benefit himself. That is rare. Rather than relying on surface fluff to propel a sense of superiority as an agent, Cullum focuses on results with creative problem solving, follow-through, and integrity all while exhibiting fantastic inter-personal skills in a wide variety of situations. We look forward to working with Cullum again and highly recommend him to anyone.

I'm a first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place or choice. He is the first realtor that I worked with, but I knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is professional and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of me in buying a home.

I worked with Cullum as an engineer and his passion and work ethic has made his new business venture successful. Cullum is a great guy and has a strong moral code to do what is right, including working hard for his clients. His estimations and recommendations, even in a crazy market, were accurate and spot on. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to have in your corner if youre looking to buy or sell real-estate.
