Buying a house has truly been a journey. I sold my lovely home lock, stock, kit and caboodle June 29, 2020 to pursue a place in the country. I had been working with real estate agents since December, 2019. All said what I wanted was out of my price range and unachievable. They proceeded to show me houses that were in very poor taste and basically fixer uppers of which FHA nor Conventional would approve. They were aware that I COULD NOT make a cash purchase, I completed many online applications. I was getting calls frequently. Subsequently, making a long story short I got a call from Mr Curtis Linsley. I was discouraged but not perplexed. I took the call. He was soft spoken and a Christian gentleman. I told him my interests. He was unassuming and went to work for me that same hour. I got listing immediately. I was very impressed. Country listing one after another arrived in my email. He recommended a lender and the ball was rolling. Did we have ups and down relative to my personal conditions, indeed we did. Mr Linsley never gave up though the journey was long. What others said was impossible God accomplished through Mr. Linsley. He was always on time, advocated for me to the lender, the seller and the closing attorney. Yes Mr Linsley was everything for me as a buyer for what I needed in a realtor. Mr Linsley is a star realtor in my opinion! I’m in my dream home at the right price and mortgage payments because God used his talents to bring us to closing. I’m so happy! I recommend him to all I know who are in the market to buy or sell.
