Cyanne Goodwin

Cyanne Goodwin has been a beaches resident for over 57 years. After graduating from the University of North Florida with a degree in elementary education, Cyanne pursued a career as a first-grade teacher where she was able to develop the strong communication and creativity skills that contribute to her success today.

Cyanne’s dedication to hard work proves true in her rankings with the Jacksonville Business Journal where she placed #25 in 2016, #16 in 2017, and #30 in 2019 in total sales volume over all Jacksonville’s real estate professionals. During her 11-year real estate career, Cyanne has closed over $116 Million in total sales volume with 325 transactions.

Cyanne contributes her success to her lighthearted, open, honest, and energetic personality and the relationships she has managed to build and maintain throughout her years in Jacksonville. These attributes in addition to her success are what lead to her Jacksonville Real Producers Magazine cover and feature story in March 2020.

As a mother of four and a wife of 34 years, family is extremely important to Cyanne. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and husband, getting out on the water and going fishing.
