Cynthia Anderson

A proud original Floridian, I’ve called Central Florida home since 1988 and was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. With extensive experience in real estate, I earned my license in 2014 and have spent over a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

In 2019, I transitioned into new home construction, working closely with a builder and helping hundreds of families find their dream homes from the ground up. That experience gave me a strong understanding of construction, pricing, contracts, and the full lifecycle of a home—knowledge that directly benefits my clients today.

I truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, offering expert guidance, honest communication, and a smooth, well-informed experience from start to finish. My goal is always to make the process clear, confident, and successful.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking full advantage of the beautiful weather here in sunny Florida.
