Cynthia jokes that she's done everything from entertainment as a singing and dancing cartoon character to banking, resort food and beverage and restaurant management. She is also an exacting pastry chef, who delights to create unique dining experiences in the restaurant and catering company she created with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports, gardening and spending time with her three children and pets.
