Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Cyndi spent 16 years with The Longaberger Company, where she managed a diverse portfolio of more than 80 commercial, residential and agricultural properties across Ohio. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of property management, land development, facilities operations, and real estate investment, giving her clients a distinct advantage in today's market.
Cyndi specializes in commercial real estate, residential real estate, agricultural properties, and large acreage tracts. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, marketing luxury homes, negotiating commercial transactions, or helping clients buy and sell farmland or recreational land, she is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to client success.
A lifelong resident of Licking County, Cyndi attended Granville schools from kindergarten through graduation. She earned a Business degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and studied Architectural Design at Central Ohio Technical College. Her educational background, paired with decades of practical experience, enables her to recognize property potential and provide valuable insight throughout every stage of a real estate transaction.
Committed to giving back to the profession, Cyndi served seven years on the Licking County Board of Realtors and four years on the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS Committee. Her leadership and dedication to excellence have earned her the respect of both clients and colleagues.
