I cannot thank Cindy enough for everything she did to get my mother's house on the market and sold. She truly goes above and beyond. My brother and I were pretty overwhelmed getting the house cleaned out and ready, and Cindy was on hand with suggestions, vendors, and encouragement. She even returned my mother's cable box when it had slipped our minds to do so, and helped her with a ride to the auto mechanic!

In spite of a challenging market, the house spend less than a month on the market, and we were very happy with the final sales price.

But more than that, we felt that she truly cared about our family and wanted what was best for everyone. She was extremely patient with my elderly mother (and stressed-out me!). I highly recommend using Cindy as your realtor.

She has been a real estate agent in South Lake Tahoe for many years and it is really helpful to have an experienced, local agent because Tahoe is a unique market. I recommend Cindy!
