Cynthia Meehan is a Realtor-Associate® with over 18 years of industry experience at the Jersey Shore and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to her clients. She is a member of Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS), Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and has the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and many years in the sales/service industry in Hoboken, Cynthia decided to put her passion into play locally through helping the people in her community as a real estate professional. Her love for real estate began in 1990 with the purchase of a handful of rental properties in Hoboken. After extensive traveling around the world, she invested in additional investment properties and land in Miami Beach and Costa Rica but feels her greatest real estate treasure of all was at the Jersey Shore. A New Jersey native with a true affinity for “shore living”, Cynthia believes that the Jersey Shore is a truly special place to live. Its beauty, central location, easy accessibility to New York City and all that the tri-state area has to offer enables its residents to have the best of both worlds. She thrives on utilizing her market knowledge and experience to help her clients find their dream home and take advantage of the great investment opportunities available in this unique area.
