Established in 2012 Cynthia has always had real estate in her life somewhere, whether managing personal investments or hands-on remodel/construction projects. She decided to become a realtor because she lives, breathes and thinks about real estate all the time. Fun Facts
When Cynthia isn’t selling, negotiating and dreaming real estate, she is an International Hula Dancer having participated in festivals and competitions in Barcelona, Spain and Shanghai, China. You may find her dancing locally at the annual San Francisco Bay Area Aloha Festival or occasionally a pop-up gig at your local tiki bar.
Cynthia is a local girl! Her three kids and she share the same address on their birth certificates. They are all Oakland born and raised, with residency in Berkeley and Moraga. Her husband and she are fortunate to have raised the kids and have them all still close by, establishing their own Bay Area households.
