I purchased a home with the help of Dale. He showed me numerous homes throughout BelAir not once did he show frustration or pressure to come to some decision. He showed up as promised and took care of all back ground procedures for getting in to see homes. Then researched background of properties I showed interest in. You'll find him calm and respectful to your needs. During settlement of house I decided on he and selling agent did all paperwork and procedures to move the settlement along. I'm I happy with Dale, Sure am!! That's why he'll be selling my home I moved out of.

Dale is one if "THE BEST" realtors I've ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his clients! We went to high school together but weren't close friends. So when we were looking to buy a house i decided to give him a try. I had seen him posting on social media so i contacted him. I made him WORK! I gave him so many places that i had found that i wanted to see, had him research a house that wasn't on the market that I fell in love with and he got all the information I needed to contact the bank and see what was up with it. Then he found "OUR HOME"! We loved the experience so much we contacted him when the hubby was looking to get rid of his rental. I was in disagreement with his tactics to sell it and he didn't argue. After several months on the market, with no offers, we gave into his request and painted everything "A Touch of Grey" lol. Sold the house in less than 30 days!!!

Love our agent, she is fabulous! Jeanette Colburg, definitely recommend. Parking in the back is fine, but I did have a hard time using my GPS to locate the office. It doesn't stick out well enough for you to see it on such a busy street. Keep an eye out for the Taco Bell, and it is right before there.
