Dale Rivers

Dale Rivers introduction to real estate began early. His parents operated a successful real estate brokerage, construction company, and property management corporation. Working weekends and summers, Dale was educated in the values of icommunity, integrity, and hard work.

After graduating from The Citadel, Dale commissioned into the U.S. Army. His career displays a multi-faceted, collaborative leader with a proven record of accomplishment, excellent communication skills and a passion for service. He received a masters degree in Management and Leadership and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College.

Relocating to Wesley Chapel upon retirement, Dale’s objective at Smith & Associates is to provide clients the same level of service and expertise he established while in uniform. He strives to make the homebuying/selling experience as stress-free as possible with open and honest communication throughout the process. The needs of his clients will always supersede his own. He is dedicated to ensuring that no detail is overlooked, and things are done right the first time.
