My path into real estate began at the University of Washington, where I earned a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning. Following graduation, I worked in the telecommunications industry, helping build cellular and broadband networks throughout the nation. My responsibilities included acquiring land and structures through purchase and lease negotiations, securing permits, presenting projects before city councils and community groups, coordinating with local government agencies, and managing construction projects through completion.
This experience gave me a unique understanding of property rights, land development, permitting, zoning regulations, and municipal processes. It also allowed me to develop strong professional relationships throughout the region. Today, those skills continue to benefit my real estate clients, whether they are purchasing a home, evaluating development potential, investing in land, or navigating complex property issues.
