Damon is a key member of the leadership team at the family-owned real estate brokerage, Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS®. With a background spanning nearly 20 years in the residential and commercial construction industry, Damon brings a wealth of experience to the real estate business. In the latter part of his construction career, he served as a project manager/estimator for a highly successful family-owned commercial contracting firm. In this role, Damon was responsible for overseeing the completion of large-scale construction projects, managing budgets, timelines, and staff, and adeptly solving problems throughout the entire process.
In 2014, Damon made a strategic decision to leverage his management skills and join the family's rapidly growing real estate brokerage business, Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS®. Today, he plays a vital role in the daily operations of the business, focusing on professional support staff, business project management, agent support, business relations, and business development. Damon serves as the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial River Valley and actively engages as a commercial REALTOR®.
A native of Holmen, Wisconsin, Damon currently resides there with his wife and three boys. The family enjoys participating in their sons' various activities and spends quality time on their hobby farm. With a shared love for hunting, fishing, horses, and all outdoor activities, Damon and his family embrace the beauty of the river valley and incorporate their passions into both work and family life.
