Talk about 'keeping it simple.' Dan Alden knows how to do this, even though the process appears daunting. Using him as both the listing and buyer's agent was a stroke of good luck. His suggestions were brief, his help in staging photos and the MLS listing were that as well. Even though the time between purchase and sale (of my home) was less than 10 days, Dan appeared when needed to move the process along. Bravo !!!

Balancing a life in Florida with a home in the beautiful Berkshire Mts. ultimately became impossible. I had to make the very arduous &
emotional decision to sell "The Sanctuary. I thought of Dan Alden and his real estate services from meeting him a decade before and
remembering him to be a kind, present, conscious, trust worthy man of both high intentionality and high integrity. Once the decision to sell was made, with the guidance, education, patience and compassion of Dan, a plan was put into motion. Not only is Dan "a man of his word" ( a rare find these days), his real estate services covered the most gorgeous multi-media marketing campaign I had ever seen. The photo art, language, and aerial views, mixed with technology took my breath away. (I would have bought this house.) His professional contacts, who also share Dan's impeccable business traits and high skill levels, took care of the packing up and moving of all my goods, the inspection and protective equipment the house required and all other needs I (and the house) had, My home sold in 48 hours to exactly the people I would have chosen, at exactly the right price with no complications at closing. Although I will miss having a home in the beautiful Berkshires, the deep roots of belonging will always be with the people who reside and work there. Dan not only met my memory of who he was (a decade ago); he exceeded my expectations. Dan Alden and his Real Estate Services (A.C.R.E.S.) made the sale of my home a pleasurable, meaningful experience, and hopefully, the friendship we forged in the process will continue onward.

Dan does an incredible job of combining the personal side of real estate with the business side of it. In other words, he’s both relatable and savvy!! A rare combo that we were thrilled to have on our team.

We had to look at houses while we were out of state, and he was incredibly accommodating. (He filmed walk-throughs for us, for example, to save us the trip.) He understands the sense of urgency with this market and acts accordingly.

Definitely using Dan for all future real estate deals.
